By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or booking services with Vader Coatings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Vader Coatings provides automotive surface-protection services in the Phoenix area, including:

  • Formula 1051 coating
  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Window tint
  • Vinyl wrap
  • Related paint correction and surface-preparation services

Service availability and details are based on vehicle type, condition, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline work that is not a good fit for our shop or expertise.

Estimates & Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided through our website, by phone, or in person is for convenience and is not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed only after a physical inspection of the vehicle and a clear agreement between you and Vader Coatings.

Appointments & Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability and project scope. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide reasonable advance notice so we can offer your slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service. We will communicate accepted payment methods, any required deposits, and final invoice terms before work begins.

Warranty & Disclaimers

Vader Coatings performs all services in a professional manner and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Any product warranty is provided by the manufacturer (Avant Guard / Formula 1051) and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and registration requirements.

Results vary based on the existing condition of the vehicle, prior paintwork, environmental factors, and ongoing maintenance. Except for any manufacturer warranty, Vader Coatings makes no other warranties, express or implied, and is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vader Coatings’ liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is owned by Vader Coatings or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate venue in Maricopa County, Arizona.
